On
September 16th, 2006 Ben Weiss, son of puppy raiser Steve Weiss, received his
Heroes in Training Award for his volunteer activities in support of
Guiding Eyes for the Blind. He was the first place winner and is pictured front
row center at the ceremony at Lake Forest Mall.
