Pam Kennedy and Kate

Pam (affectionately known in the class as “Bonehead”) hails from New Market, Alabama. She is a feisty, talkative, interesting and well-informed blonde. Once interested in working in the field of medicine (conducting autopsies no less!), Pam left that behind as a military wife, travelling and living all over the world with her husband and two children. Kate is Pam’s first guide dog. Pam describes her as "feisty, nurturing and very smart." The two will now embark on new adventures, to be sure. For starters, they’ll take a motor trip this summer. When reflecting on her Guiding Eyes training, Pam said she especially appreciated the walking routes in White Plains. They confirmed her confidence in Kate’s uncompromising judgment in shielding her from impending danger. As far as the class dynamics, Pam described them as “the best!”
